Digital Memory Box Portal
Digital Memory Box Portal brings your digitised family memories together in one place.
Your personal Memory Box
Customers can sign in to watch their transferred videos, organise memories into folders, mark favourites and share access with family. Customers can also follow the progress of their transfer orders through their tracking portal.
Customer memories and account information are protected by sign-in and access permissions.
Administrator tools
Authorised Digital Memory Box staff use the administrator portal to manage customer orders, uploads and access, and view business performance reports.
Google Ads connection
We are adding a Google Ads reporting connection for authorised administrators. Once connected, it will display advertising performance such as impressions, clicks, advertising spend and conversions within the administrator analytics area.
The integration is intended for viewing reports, not creating or changing advertising campaigns. Customers do not need to connect a Google account or grant access to Google Ads to use their Memory Box.
