Depending on your order size, smaller orders will be quicker than larger orders. We will give you an estimate once you place your order. On average we aim for 7-10 days.
Occasionally customers will send us tapes with no content on them. If this is the case with your order we will refund you for any blank tapes we receive.
Yes of course. We will send your original media back when we send you your new USB or DVD. If you selected a cloud transfer we will return your original media via the Royal Mail 48 Tracked service.
Yes we do: On orders over £250 we offer a 10% discount which will automatically be applied at checkout.
We can repair most broken tapes and films. However, if we cannot repair them we will refund you for any that cannot be repaired. We clean all tapes and films when they arrive in our studio, however, If your tape or film is mouldy, we will attempt a further cleaning process and let you know if they cannot be processed.
We convert most types of tapes and film. Our product pages specify all our services, but please email us if you would like to discuss any products that do not appear.
We use the Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour postage option. We can also personally collect and drop off your tapes if you live or work within Warwickshire for free. Please give us a call if you'd like to arrange this.
